Tarts & Pies

You can count on tarts and pies to always be in season! Tarts and pies can seem intimidating, but I'm a huge fan of using store-bought puff pastry to save on time, like my Strawberry Puff Pastry Tart. I also love using cookies to create a crust, just like in my Chocolate Espresso Tiramisu Tart and Earl Grey Chocolate Tart.
