Where are you from?
I was born in Hawaii, but I grew up in Los Angeles, CA.

Do you only bake?
No, I actually love to bake and cook! I can make a mean lasagna.
Who inspired you to bake and cook?
I think my love for food has always innately been a passion of mine, but Julia Child and Graham Kerr (The Galloping Gourmet) were definitely my inspiration growing up. While kids were watching cartoons on Saturdays, I was watching cooking shows on PBS. Those were the good ole' days!

When and how did you learn to bake?
I watched A LOT of cooking shows growing up. I started baking when I was 7-years-old and the very first thing I ever made were chocolate chip cookies! Nestle's Toll House chocolate chip cookies to be exact!

Do you photograph and style all your blog posts?
Yes and yes. Baking has always been a passion of mine, but learning food photography and food styling over the last year has been such a rewarding experience. I feel really lucky to be able to do something I love and to share it with you.
