Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF (176ºC). Butter a 9x5 inch (23 x 13 cm) loaf pan and line with a parchment sling inside, lengthwise with a 1 to 2 inch (2.5 to 5 cm) overhang.

  • Transfer the batter to your prepared loaf pan and top with remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips.

Notes

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - I'm using Dutch-process cocoa powder for richer chocolate flavor, but you can also use natural cocoa powder too.
Oil - I'm using light olive oil, but you can use any neutral oil like vegetable, canola, avocado, or grapeseed oil.
Storage -  Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days. It's even more moist the next day!
